Glenn Horlacher, 53, faces charges of assault and battery from events that occurred February 18, 2012.

Horlacher got into a scuffle with the security guards at Disney California Adventure and was pepper sprayed as a result.

There is a video that shows Horlacher acting out. The other visitors had to help hold him down until the police arrived and arrested him.

Horlacher failed to show up to court for a hearing on Monday April 2, 2012 and the Superior Court has now issued a bench warrant in his name.
