Two arrest warrants have been issued for Ryan Leaf, the former NFL quarterback for being a fugitive for charges stemming from obtaining controlled substance by fraud.
Leaf was given 10 years' probation in Texas in 2010 after being accused of burglarizing an injured player's home.
Leaf was arrested March 30th when a search of his home revealed illegal prescription drugs. He was arrested two days later when he was caught in someone else's mobile home where prescription drugs were found missing.
Leaf had attained about 1,000 pain pills from pharmacies over an eight month duration.
Leaf now faces two felony counts of burglary and two felony counts of criminal possession of a dangerous drug.
