Bench Warrant Issued For Man Who Failed To Appear For Arraignment

A bench warrant was issued for a Fostoria man Monday after he failed to appear for an arraignment hearing in Fostoria Municipal Court.
James L. Foster, 34, was scheduled for a 10 a.m. hearing on January 8, 2012 for charges of resisting arrest, a second-degree misdemeanor, and failure to disclose personal information, a fourth-degree misdemeanor.
When Foster failed to appear, a bench warrant was issued for his arrest on Monday February 6, 2012.
Foster is also being required by the Fostoria Police Department on drug-related charges after a drug raid revealed a substantial amount of cocaine, two semi-automatic pistols, drug paraphernalia and criminal tools in his home.
These charges are currently pending.
