Miami Dolphins linebacker Koa Misi, 25, has been arrested on a warrant from California on charges arising from a bar fight a few months ago.

Misi was arrested Friday March 30, 2012 without incident at his home in Weston pursuant to an arrest warrant.

Misi's attorney says he will waive extradition to California and plead not guilty to the charges, which include battery with serious bodily injury.

Arrest warrants must be dealt with immediately or you are subject to being arrested at any time as Misi was.
